Before you ask
Do you handle visas?
We guide you through the eVisa process step by step and review your documents before you submit, but the application itself must be made under your own name. Our free visa guide covers 90% of cases.
Is payment in AED?
Yes. Planning fees are payable in AED by bank transfer or payment link. Hotel and restaurant costs are paid directly by you, so there is no hidden markup.
How fast do you reply?
Within 48 hours, usually much faster. We are based in Dubai, so we answer on Gulf time — no waiting overnight for a reply from Tokyo.
Can you book restaurants that have no English website?
Yes — this is our favourite part. Many of the best restaurants and ryokan in Japan take reservations only by phone, in Japanese. We call them for you.
